Missing Item from My Stradivarius Order – No Support or Refund Provided

I placed an order with Stradivarius on November 28, purchasing four items. While three items arrived, one is still missing, and it has now been over a month. I’ve tried reaching customer service multiple times but cannot get through. There’s no one to assist me on WhatsApp, and when I visit the store, they claim they can’t help either.

To make matters worse, I can’t even return the order to get a refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Stradivarius, I demand an immediate resolution to this issue—either deliver the missing item or issue a refund for it. Please respond promptly and take responsibility for this ongoing problem.
