I ordered a pair of jeans from Stradivarius, but the product arrived defective. I requested a refund, and they claimed to have sent me an email with the details, but I never received it. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for two weeks, but I haven’t been able to reach a representative, and no one is addressing this issue. The return period is about to expire, and I refuse to pay for a defective product. Stradivarius, please resolve this immediately!
