I bought a sheepskin coat from Stradivarius in September, but its fur quickly became flawed. I had only worn it twice before this happened. I attempted a return at the store where I had originally made the purchase right away, but was told that the standard return period had already ended. They claimed there wasn't a manufacturing flaw after checking it out. They blamed the issue on a faulty implementation by the user. The product has only been worn twice, so how could there be a user error? Yesterday, I called the customer service number and reiterated my request to return the item, but once again, they denied it. In no uncertain terms am I ending my use of and disapproval of this brand's wares?
