Stradivarius Coat Pilling and Can't Reach Customer Service

On November 15, 2023, I bought a coat from the Stradivarius store in İzmir Gaziemir Optimum Mall. I've been using it for two weeks, and there is excessive pilling on the sleeves and front. I've been trying to reach customer service, but I haven't been successful. I even wrote to the WhatsApp line, but there was no response. I'm expecting a quick resolution to my ordeal. I've always been a loyal customer, this coat, which I expected to be of high quality, is not living up to the standards I associate with the Stradivarius brand.
