I bought something from the Stradivarius store, but they forgot to include the receipt. When I tried to return the item, they asked for the receipt. I contacted customer service and requested the receipt, which they sent to me via Gmail. When I tried to return the item again, they asked for the 16-digit code because I had paid with a credit card. They told me to call the bank, which I did several times. The bank informed me that they do not provide a 16-digit code for returns, but instead issue a provisional code. When I returned to the store, I was told they couldn't help me. The store employees' failure to provide me with a receipt was somehow deemed my fault. "You're the one who lost it," they said. I plan to file complaints with various departments about this. I'm not looking for an exchange; I just want to return the item. Why should I shop there again after such a frustrating experience?
