I Face Courier Communication Failure and Return Issue with Stradivarius Delivery

On my recent Stradivarius purchase, the delivery could not be completed because I was not at home. However, when the courier was supposed to contact me, I received no call or message. I proactively called customer support and clearly requested that my package be left at the door since I was temporarily unavailable. Despite assurances from customer service that the courier would call me back, no one reached out. Instead, I received a message stating, "Delivery failed, your parcel will be returned."
I spoke with at least four customer service representatives, all promising follow-up but delivering no results. Eventually, my parcel was returned to the branch, forcing me to retrieve it personally. In past deliveries, your couriers left packages at my door without even notifying me, yet now, without calling me, they simply returned the package.
As a frequent online shopper, I am deeply disappointed with this inconsistent and unreliable delivery service. I demand an immediate review of your courier communication procedures and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
