Stradivarius' Lack of Concern and Accountability

I have never seen a company as careless and indifferent to its customers as the staff at Stradivarius. The customer representatives show no concern for customer satisfaction. After buying a product that was barely a week old and too big, I went to the store to return it. Despite having a slip with all the details, they insisted on an original receipt. I reached out to Stradivarius customer service on WhatsApp, providing every detail imaginable, and kindly requested a receipt copy. Their response was shockingly indifferent, claiming, "We'll send it sometime; we may do it." They have not sent the receipt copy yet, dismissing the issue with excuses about queuing and Spanish headquarters. It's truly tragic. Waiting for Spain's pleasure for a simple request is absurd. I suspect they have special translators for Turkish slips, as if my dear Turkish compatriots can't handle it, and Spain is deemed more clever. Apparently, my tiny 700 ₺ receipt is a matter for Spain to worry about. Bravo, we're rediscovering America—applause.
