Stradivarius Hasn't Sent My Order For A Month

have been facing a frustrating situation with Stradivarius. I placed an order on June 16th, but they haven't sent my products yet. Despite their claims of handing the shipment over to the courier, the courier refuses to accept it. Now, Stradivarius is insisting that the items I ordered, which are still available for sale, are suddenly out of stock. Their solution? Cancel the order and re-order at an increased price. This experience with Stradivarius has been extremely disappointing. Not only are they failing to deliver my order on time, but their inconsistent explanations and attempt to charge me more for the same items is simply unacceptable. I reached out to their customer service for assistance, but their responses have been unhelpful and evasive.
