On March 21, I was attempting to load balance onto my Steam account using my Papara card when I discovered that my account had been blocked. After some research, I found that many other users had encountered the same issue and were able to resolve it by providing Steam support with their card type, phone number, and address. I followed suit and provided all of the requested information, including my purchase receipt and card type. However, I have yet to receive a response from Steam support, other than a message asking me to resend the card types. I missed out on the Steam Spring sales on March 24, and my account is still restricted, which means I can't buy anything. The game I wanted to buy, Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe, was 205 TL during the sale, but it's now more than 400 TL. I'm not sure why I'm being treated so badly. While I support all of the security measures that Steam will implement to prevent toxic behavior, why are they ignoring the victims who require their assistance?
