Today, I attempted to load funds into my Steam Wallet for the first time. During the process, the balance was held, never credited to my account, and I later canceled the transaction. However, my money was not refunded, and I was unable to create a refund request. Despite trying multiple times, I could not resolve the issue.
After borrowing money and attempting the process again, I then received an error message stating “credit card blocked.” In total, $20 was withdrawn from my card, but only $10 was credited to my Steam account. The remaining amount has still not been transferred, and I cannot retrieve my money. Additionally, the system flagged my account for suspicious activity, which made my situation even worse.
The transactions were carried out from my computer in Adana using my credit card ending in 6114. My Steam username is deliederimsz. There are no restrictions or suspensions on my account, and my card is still active and usable for other purchases. I have not yet contacted my bank.
I request that the missing balance be credited to my account as soon as possible. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
