My Bank Card is Blocked After Steam Purchases And Support Ignores Me
I am absolutely enraged with Steam! My bank card has been blocked as a direct result of making purchases on your platform. I immediately tried to get help by opening a support ticket with Steam, but to my utter disbelief, they closed it after just five minutes without offering any solution whatsoever! Now I can't even access the money in my own bank account because of this.
This is completely unacceptable. How can Steam Support just close a critical ticket without providing any assistance or even an explanation? What is the point of having a "support" system if it's designed to ignore users and offer no resolution? My funds are locked, and Steam's negligence is directly responsible for this massive inconvenience and financial distress.
Steam, you need to rectify this immediately. Unblock my bank card and provide a real solution to this payment issue. I demand to know why my support ticket was dismissed without a proper response. If you offer support, then actually provide it! Stop leaving your users stranded with serious financial problems.
