I Still Haven’t Received My Refund from Steam After a Month
I made a purchase on Steam, but decided to return the product and requested a refund on April 23. Steam processed my request and marked the refund as completed. However, today marks nearly a full month and ₺417.30 has still not been credited back to my bank account.
I’ve contacted Steam support and was told that the money was returned to my bank, but my bank has no record of the refund being received. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I’m left in limbo—my money is gone, and neither side is providing a resolution.
Steam, I demand that you urgently investigate and resolve this issue. Either ensure the refund is correctly delivered to my account, or provide official documentation proving the transaction was completed successfully. This delay in refunding is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Please take immediate action.
