Starbucks Delivered Wrong Size & Was Late – Ongoing Service Issues

I ordered a venti-sized coffee from Starbucks, but after waiting an hour for delivery, they brought me a grande instead. This is not the first time this has happened—they keep making the same mistake over and over again.
At one point, I was so frustrated that I stopped ordering altogether. After giving them another chance, I encountered the exact same issue. It’s clear that this location has serious service problems. If they can’t fulfill basic orders correctly or on time, they should either improve their operations or shut down entirely. Starbucks, please address this issue immediately and ensure that customers get what they pay for!
