Starbucks Order Delayed 1 Hour on Getir, Cancellation Denied

I placed an order through Getir from a Starbucks location today at 3:00 PM, expecting delivery within 15-20 minutes as promised. However, it took over an hour, and the order still hadn’t been delivered. I contacted customer service to request a cancellation since the order hadn’t even been prepared or dispatched yet, but they refused to process my request.

Despite my insistence, they sent the coffee an hour later, ignoring my cancellation request. Being forced to accept the order after such a delay is unacceptable. I will be sharing this complaint on every platform to bring attention to this poor service. Starbucks and Getir need to prioritize timely delivery and respect customer requests for cancellation.
