Starbucks App Failed to Deliver Promised Rewards from Star Rain Campaign
I participated in Starbucks' "Star Rain" campaign through their mobile app, which promised 15 free drinks for spending ₺3000. However, after meeting the spending requirement, I did not receive the promised rewards.
When I contacted customer service, they informed me that I needed to purchase specific items like thermoses or coffee beans to qualify. This condition was not mentioned in the campaign details. When I requested a refund for the amount spent, they told me it was not possible.
This is misleading advertising, and I feel cheated. I request Starbucks to either honor the campaign terms as advertised or refund my money. Transparency is crucial in maintaining customer trust. Please resolve this issue promptly.
