Starbucks Didn’t Add My Stars After Airport Purchase Despite Scanning My QR Code

I recently made a purchase at Starbucks Havalimanı Landside, where I bought three items and made sure to scan my QR code as always to earn my Stars. Despite this, no Stars were added to my account.
When I contacted customer support, I was told they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have the physical receipt. I explained that I no longer had the printed receipt but had already emailed a digital proof of purchase (bank statement). Still, they refused to help and brushed it off.
The person I spoke with clearly lacked product knowledge. They incorrectly claimed that orange juice purchases don't earn Stars, only to later check and admit, “Oh, you’re right—they do count.” This level of misinformation and inconsistency is unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on loyalty and customer care.
I expect Starbucks to credit the missing Stars to my account immediately and provide proper training to support staff so customers aren’t misinformed or dismissed. I paid for my products, followed the process, and I deserve to receive the loyalty rewards I’ve earned.
