Starbucks Coffee Refused My Free Coffee Reward

After purchasing 15 drinks through the Starbucks app, I recently earned a free coffee reward. I chose to redeem my reward at the Starbucks in Tire, Izmir. However, when I presented my reward to the cashier, they informed me that this program is not available at their location. I felt unsatisfied and frustrated. Starbucks would not encourage customers to use the app and earn rewards if not all locations honored them. I feel duped and deceived. I demand that this problem be resolved and that I receive my free coffee. This conduct does not reflect well on Starbucks, and I hope the company takes steps to guarantee that all customers can benefit from their rewards program. They should notify their staff.
