Missing Stars on Starbucks App, Loyalty Points Removed Without Reason
When I checked my Starbucks app, I noticed that several of my stars had been removed, leaving me with only 8 stars remaining. I make purchases specifically to earn these loyalty points, yet they have been deleted without explanation. This feels unfair and undermines the purpose of the rewards program.
Starbucks, I am requesting that the missing stars be restored to my account immediately. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with loyalty points disappearing after making purchases to earn them. This issue needs to be addressed promptly to ensure fair treatment for loyal customers like myself who rely on the app’s rewards system. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
