Starbucks Thermos Does Not Retain Heat as Promised

I purchased a Starbucks thermos after being told it would keep liquids hot for 12 hours. Since there was a buy-one-get-one-free promotion, I got two. However, the product is nowhere near what was promised. The water inside loses heat within 2-3 hours, which is worse than many lower-quality thermoses on the market.

Both of my thermoses have the same issue, meaning this is not a one-time defect but a major quality problem. I feel misled by false advertising and wasted my money. Do not fall for the same trap! I expect a refund or replacement with a product that actually performs as described. Starbucks, please take responsibility for selling subpar products!
