Starbucks Cold Drinks And Poor Service Experience Before Closing Time

On 22.11.2025 at around 20:30, I went to Starbucks and waited at the counter for about five minutes, yet even though the staff were right in front of me, no one acknowledged me. Only when I asked, “Are you taking orders?” did someone finally come over, but before taking my order, they kept repeating, “We will close in 30 minutes.” Shortly after, they reduced that time to 20 minutes, giving the impression that they didn’t even want us to order. Even though I told them their comments made me uncomfortable, the products I received were cold and carelessly prepared. It was obvious they made the drinks unwillingly. The hot chocolate, in particular, was one of the worst beverages I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Knowing the Starbucks brand and the usual staff standards, this experience left me really let down. The products I paid nearly 1,400 ₺ for ended up in the trash within 10 minutes. Due to this negative experience, I request a refund for the items I purchased and expect the necessary action to be taken regarding the staff involved.
