The Staff Insulted Me At Starbucks Coffee

The Starbucks staff insulted me in Levent, Istanbul, for asking them to scan my QR code in the app. When I reminded them to do so, instead of apologizing and correcting their mistake, they started to argue with me. As I turned my back and began to walk out of the shop, the manager named Mehmet Ali called me an idiot from behind in front of all the other customers. We don't go to Starbucks to be insulted by their untrained, rude staff. I won't go there anymore.
