I have been using a Stanley food thermos for about three months, which I purchased from Ebebek’s online store (Order No: W002025000992444). Recently, the spoon attachment broke on one of the food jars. Interestingly, I bought two of the same model, but only one of them developed this issue.
To resolve the problem, I sent the defective unit to Stanley’s official service partner, Kutup Ayısı. However, they returned it stating that there was “no issue” with the product, even though the spoon part is clearly broken and the thermos cannot be used properly without it.
One of the main reasons I chose Stanley was the lifetime warranty promise, which made me trust the brand’s durability and after-sales support. This experience, however, has been very disappointing.
I expect Stanley to honor the lifetime warranty and either repair or replace my food thermos.
At the very least, the broken spoon component should be replaced so that I can continue to use the product.
I request that my complaint be handled fairly and promptly so that my grievance is fully resolved.
