Stanley Termoslarda Isı Problemi Ve Garanti Desteği Sorunu


I’ve been a loyal Stanley customer for years—as a family we own nearly 30 thermoses and always trusted the brand because of its lifetime warranty promise. Unfortunately, I’ve recently faced a serious problem with two of my six Stanley thermoses.
One of them has had a heat retention problem from day one, while the other developed the same issue after some use. Unlike my other Stanley products, these two simply cannot keep beverages hot as they should, which makes them unreliable.
I bought one from BİM and the other from Kutup Ayısı, but I no longer have the receipts, invoices, or warranty cards. In the past, Stanley customer service was helpful, but my most recent request was rejected immediately without even asking where or how I purchased the items.
This is deeply disappointing, given that I specifically chose Stanley for its durability and lifetime warranty guarantee. I am requesting a fair solution: either repair or replacement of these defective thermoses so that I can continue to rely on the brand.
