I am writing regarding a serious problem I am experiencing with my Telegram account on iOS. On March 5, 2026, I realized that the email address linked to my Telegram account had been changed without my knowledge, and I can no longer access my account at all. I did not request or approve any email change, and I am very concerned that my account may have been accessed or taken over by an unauthorized third party. I have not yet been able to reach Telegram support through the app or any other channel, and I am currently completely locked out of my account. I kindly request that you urgently investigate this possible unauthorized access, check the login and security history of my account, and restore my access to the account by using my own phone number and email address. I would like the previously unauthorized email change to be reverted and my account to be secured so that such an incident does not occur again.
