Stanley Thermos Loses Heat Within 1 Hour – No Support from Distributor

I purchased a Stanley thermos, expecting long-lasting heat retention, but it fails to keep drinks hot even for an hour. Since Kutup Ayısı is the official distributor in Turkey, I submitted a service request and sent the thermos for inspection. Instead of standing behind their product, they claimed the issue was not due to a manufacturing defect and are now returning it at my expense.

I have not dropped or misused the thermos in any way—it simply stopped functioning properly. A brand like Stanley should take responsibility for its products!

I demand a proper resolution—either a replacement or repair. Ignoring customer concerns like this is unacceptable. Service No: 82034-64469.
