No Replacement Received for Defective Stanley Thermos from Kutup Ayısı

On December 29, I purchased a Stanley thermos from Kutup Ayısı. Due to heat retention issues, I returned it for inspection. The company acknowledged the defect and assured me that a replacement would be sent as soon as possible.

It has now been three weeks, and I have received nothing. Worse, I am unable to reach customer service in any way. I trusted Kutup Ayısı as an official distributor, but this experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.

I demand immediate action. If the replacement cannot be provided promptly, I expect a full refund. I need clear communication and resolution—who should I contact, and how can I get an update on my case?
