Stanley Thermos Losing Heat, Warranty Claim Denied Without Explanation
I purchased a Stanley thermos 2-3 years ago, and it has started losing heat retention. When I bought the product, I registered it for warranty through Kutup Ayısı, as instructed. I reported the issue to Kutup Ayısı, but my warranty claim was rejected without any justification.
When I sought clarification and asked if the denial was final, I received no response. This lack of communication and support is extremely disappointing, especially for a product marketed for its durability and backed by a warranty.
I demand a proper explanation and resolution to my warranty claim. It’s unacceptable for a trusted brand like Stanley to leave customers without answers. Please address this issue promptly and provide a solution for my defective thermos.
