Stanley Thermos Leaks and Warranty Claim Ignored After Return

I purchased a Stanley thermos in April, but it started leaking shortly after. Following their instructions, I filled out a warranty claim form on the Kutup Ayısı website and received confirmation that my claim was approved. They asked me to send the product via cargo, which I did immediately.
However, it’s been weeks, and I’ve received no updates. I’ve called Kutup Ayısı multiple times, but I can’t get through to anyone—the line places me on hold and then directs me to leave a message, only to inform me the mailbox is full before disconnecting. I also sent emails but have not received any response.
Stanley products are marketed as having a lifetime guarantee, but my thermos is now missing, and I feel completely abandoned by their customer service. I need immediate clarification about the status of my product and a resolution for this frustrating experience.
