Spigen Cable I Bought on Amazon Broke in One Month and No Response Yet

I purchased the Spigen PowerArc Arc Station 27W Fast Charger USB-C PD 3.0 from Amazon, but it stopped working after just the second use. I tested it with different phones and cables, and the problem is clearly with the adapter, as other chargers work fine with the same combinations.
