Philips 20000 Amp Powerbank Not Working




The Philips power bank I purchased was opened from its box and has been constantly disconnecting since it was opened. The 3.1 side charges once and then does not charge. The other USB port is the same. I have never seen a power bank of such poor quality, both the product itself and the charging cable. The installed cables are not seated properly. What kind of product is this? The quality of the 20000 amp product is very bad. Customer service is not responsive, and we are looking for assistance. Please address the quality issues with your power bank, Philips. Stop producing products that will deteriorate in just 2-3 months.
