On 15 December, I made two separate UPI deposits to my 1win account, one for 2,000 INR and another for 1,500 INR, for a total of 3,500 INR. Although the amounts were successfully debited from my bank via UPI, and I have the corresponding transaction and payment confirmation details, the money has still not been credited to my 1win game account. I have contacted 1win customer support about this problem, but they keep giving the same repetitive responses and have not provided any real help or solution. At the same time, I have made other deposits and bets on 1win that were processed successfully, so this problem is only with these two specific deposits made on 15 December. I request that 1win urgently investigate these two UPI transactions, locate the missing 3,500 INR, and either credit the full amount to my 1win account or refund it to my original payment method as soon as possible.
