I am writing regarding a pending withdrawal issue I am facing with 1win. Four days ago, I requested a withdrawal of ₹15,000 via IMPS from my 1win account in India, but the transaction is still pending, and the money has not reached my bank. Despite waiting several days, there has been no progress or update on the status of this withdrawal. I contacted 1win customer support about this problem, but I did not receive any response or explanation from them. I request that this pending withdrawal of ₹15,000 be cancelled and the full amount be immediately returned to my 1win account balance, or that a clear and prompt solution be provided without any further delay.
I am using a 1win account from Bengaluru, India, and my account was blocked on 14 February without any clear explanation. Since the block, I have not been able to access or use my account at all.
There is approximately 1 lakh rupees balance stuck in my blocked 1win account, and I am unable to withdraw or use this amount. I have not yet received any information from 1win regarding the reason for blocking my account or the steps required to unblock it.
