Spigen GaN 45W Charger Overheats & Causes Electric Shock on Samsung Tablet

On December 24, I ordered a Spigen 45W USB charger, specifically choosing a trusted brand despite more affordable alternatives. Shockingly, less than two months after purchasing, the charger exploded while my phone was plugged in, causing all circuit breakers in my home to trip. This dangerous failure nearly caused a fire in my house, putting my family’s safety at serious risk! It's unacceptable for a premium brand like Spigen to produce a device that becomes hazardous so quickly. I demand immediate action from Spigen to rectify this alarming situation, provide a replacement or refund, and ensure that no other customer faces such a dangerous scenario.

Dear Spigen Representatives,
Despite contacting me multiple times by phone regarding the exploded charger, you still have not resolved my issue. You asked me to send the faulty device twice. The first time, you returned it claiming it was user error. Then you requested it again, saying you wanted to re-examine it—as if you were reinventing the wheel or splitting atoms. All you had to do was replace a defective product, which is the most basic action. Eventually, you said you’d refund my money, which was the final straw. Let me remind you: I bought the product, and it exploded after one month. By law, a product that malfunctions within three months must be replaced without question. Instead, you offered a refund and asked me to withdraw my complaint from Xolvie. When I said I would go to the Consumer Arbitration Board and write to the Ministry of Trade, you tried to intimidate me by saying your legal team would get involved. I’m once again making this public through Xolvie—please resolve the issue.

The phone heats up so much during use that it feels like it might explode in my hand or against my face—especially with the current hot weather. This level of heat is...
