On August 15, 2025, I purchased the Spigen Essential USB-C to Lightning (1 Meter) Fast Charging/Data Cable (MFI Certified, C10CL White - 000CA25416) via Amazon. I used the product normally for about a month. However, on September 19, 2025, while removing the cable from my charger, the Type-C connector detached from the cable, rendering it unusable. I have always used the product with care and attention, without any force, drops, or liquid exposure. My Amazon order number is: 402-6115135-2857151. I was genuinely surprised and disappointed that the product broke down in such a short time. I have contacted both Spigen and Amazon customer service regarding the issue, but I have not yet received any response. The product is still under warranty. I kindly request a replacement with a higher-quality Spigen model. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.
