Samsung Galaxy A15 Not Fast Charging Despite Working Charger

I bought my Samsung Galaxy A15 in March, and for the past week, it’s stopped fast charging, even though there’s no issue with the adapter or cable. At first, I thought the charger was faulty, but after testing with multiple chargers and phones, I realized the problem is with the phone itself. I’ve tried different chargers, and nothing works to restore the fast charging function. This is frustrating, especially for a relatively new device. Samsung needs to address this issue quickly and provide a fix or a replacement. I expect better reliability from a brand like Samsung, and I’m disappointed this problem has come up so soon after purchase!
