Tango Live Account Visa Card Removal Request

I am a Tango Live user from Kenya, and I am having a serious problem with my Visa card details still being stored on your platform. About a month ago, I lost access to my Tango Live account, and since then, I have been unable to log in to manage my payment methods. Because I cannot log in, I cannot remove my Visa card from Tango Live. I contacted Tango support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. My main concern is that my Visa card information remains stored on an account that I cannot access or control. I request that my Visa card details be completely removed from Tango Live as soon as possible and that my account be checked and secured so that my card cannot be used for any payments in the future. I also ask you to confirm with me once the card information has been fully deleted from your systems.
