Expert Option Android App Lags and Freezes During Trades

I have been using the ExpertOption Android app (version 12) for a couple of months on a powerful phone. At the beginning, everything worked more or less fine, but since December, the performance has deteriorated significantly. The app now lags every day: charts update with a noticeable delay, trades do not open immediately, and the application sometimes freezes for a few seconds at the worst possible moments. Because of this, I have already missed several good trading opportunities and even lost a couple of trades, although the total loss is not very large so far. I contacted ExpertOption technical support via the in‑app chat and by email at [email protected]. I described the problem in detail and attached screenshots and videos showing the freezes. In response, I only received standard instructions to clear the cache, reinstall the app, and check my internet connection. I followed all these recommendations, but the situation did not improve. A week has passed since then, and the problem persists, and I have not received any meaningful support beyond these generic replies. I request that ExpertOption properly investigate this issue and optimize the Android app so that charts, order execution, and overall interface work smoothly and without freezes. The current slowdown makes trading uncomfortable and potentially unprofitable, and if a real technical solution is not provided, I will be forced to stop using the platform and switch to a competitor.
