I Face Lost Baggage And No Response From Southwind Airlines After Antalya Flight

I was a passenger on Southwind Airlines on February 4, 2025. Upon arrival at Antalya Airport, I was shocked to learn that three of my bags were missing. A lost baggage report was filed at the airport. Later, two of the missing bags were eventually located and returned to me through Antalya Airport. However, one of my bags is still missing and has not been recovered.

Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Southwind Airlines via email, but I have received no reply. I also attempted to reach customer service by phone, but no one has been helpful in resolving this issue. The complete lack of communication and support has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I demand that my missing bag be located and delivered to me immediately. Furthermore, I expect Southwind Airlines to take responsibility for this negligence and improve its customer service so that other passengers do not suffer the same way. At this point, I can honestly say that choosing Southwind Airlines has been a regrettable experience.
