I Face Long Delay On Southwind Airlines Flight 2S6116 From Ankara To Medina
On Monday, February 3, 2025, I was scheduled to fly with Southwind Airlines on flight 2S 6116, departing at 19:35 from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to Medina Prince Abdulaziz Airport. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed by more than 4 hours, causing significant disruption and inconvenience for all passengers.
As a traveler on this flight, I am requesting full compensation for both material and non-material damages on behalf of passengers S***** B***** and E**** K*****. Such a long delay without proper arrangements or timely communication is unacceptable and has caused us serious distress.
I urge Southwind Airlines to promptly address this issue, provide the compensation we are entitled to under passenger rights, and ensure better service for its customers in the future.
