Southwind Airlines Lost My Luggage on Medina–Konya Flight and Provides No Support

On February 21, 2025, at 08:15, I flew with Southwind Airlines from Medina to Konya. During check-in, luggage was neither properly weighed nor tagged, and as a result, while I arrived in Konya, my bags apparently remained in Medina. This has left me waiting for my belongings for over 15 days, while other passengers whose luggage arrived on time did not face any customs delays. My luggage did not exceed the weight limit, so I fail to understand how I am at fault for the airline’s negligence. If my baggage is not delivered to me by the 21st day, I will be forced to pursue every possible legal right available to me. Furthermore, the customer service numbers listed on Southwind Airlines’ official website (0242 505 53 00 - 75308 and the main switchboard at 0242 505 53 00) are never answered, which only adds to the frustration. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and respect from the airline and its staff is unacceptable. I am demanding that my luggage be delivered immediately and that Southwind Airlines improve its customer support to prevent other passengers from facing the same hardship.
