Southwind Airlines Left My Luggage in Medina and Has Not Delivered It for 9 Days

On February 21, 2025, I traveled with Southwind Airlines from Medina Airport to Istanbul Airport. Although the scheduled departure was 16:00, the flight departed at 17:24 after a long delay, during which we were kept waiting both inside the airport and onboard the plane. Despite this extended waiting period, our luggage was never loaded onto the aircraft. When we arrived in Istanbul, I waited nearly two hours at the baggage carousel, only to be informed by airport staff at the last moment that my suitcases had been left behind in Medina. As of March 2, 2025—nine days later—my luggage has still not been delivered, and I have no clear information about its status. This negligence has caused serious distress and inconvenience, as my belongings remain unaccounted for. Furthermore, I must point out that Ehem Turizm, the agency that organized our Umrah trip, also failed to take responsibility for either us or our belongings throughout this ordeal. Both Southwind Airlines and Ehem Turizm are responsible for this unacceptable situation, and I demand that my luggage be located and delivered to me immediately, along with proper accountability for the hardship I have endured.
