Smeg KLF05CREU Kettle Developed Mold After Minimal Use

I bought a Smeg kettle (KLF05CREU) in Sweden and brought it to Turkey, where I've used it just 3-4 times. Even with limited use, I've noticed that the inside of the kettle is beginning to show signs of mold. If the kettle were crafted from premium materials such as quality steel, it wouldn’t rust, accumulate lime, or develop mold as rapidly. I anticipated significantly better durability and performance from a brand such as SMEG, known for positioning itself as a global leader in quality appliances. This situation has made me wonder if SMEG will support its product and resolve this problem. I am contacting you to seek assistance and a resolution, as this does not meet the high standards I expected when I bought this premium product.
Dear Consumer, If a SMEG branded device is sold outside the European Union countries, this warranty will be valid only on the condition that the device is used in the country where it was sold. If a SMEG branded device is sold within the European Union, this warranty will be valid only if the device is used in the country where it was sold, or if the device is used in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, or the United Kingdom, and the same model of this device is sold in the relevant country with the same voltage value. If the product is used outside the European Union, the warranty will only be valid in the country where you purchased it.

Sure, here is the translation of the text from Turkish to English: "Alright, but Smeg is everywhere Smeg, why are you not standing behind your product? There is no malfunction with the machine, it is not related to the electrical current. It's simply the poor quality of the steel part. I kindly ask for your assistance."

If this is a health-threatening situation, I will take you to court. #smeg
