The Peeling Smeg Kettle MDA was Returned in the Same Condition as It was Received



I have had the same peeling problem in my SMEG Kettle MDA product 2 times a year. On the first time my product was peeled the change took place, but on the second time they said they would help with the change with my SMEG Kettle MDA on the phone while I called them, but they sent the product back in the same way after a few weeks, and they said it is a user error. Moreover, they damaged my kettle, which I wrapped carefully and sent intact, and sent it back with the letter "M" fallen. The company is called a distributor of Boğazici Imports which takes place in Türkiye, and this company never helped, even though it damaged my product. The warranty for my product continues. I will go to Consumer Rights and search for my rights. In response, they say there is nothing to do, and they are quite unconcerned and ease about my request. You never have a chance to explain the situation to an authorized person, because the technician sees it as user damage, and they do not help the product they have damaged. This complaint of being robbed is so much even on Instagram that despite it, they say it's the first time they've heard of such a thing. I will share my troubles from anywhere. I'm waiting for you to give me a return about this situation. I preferred SMEG for its corporate identity and as a big, well-known company however, all I have is a disappointment even though I have a still warranty for my product.
