I Face Rusting Problem on Stanley Classic Thermos

I purchased a Stanley Classic thermos via Trendyol. After about one year of use, I noticed rust forming on the base of the inner surface. This is very disappointing for a product that is marketed as long-lasting and backed by a 25-year warranty.
Since the thermos is still under warranty, I opened a service request with Kutup Ayısı, Stanley’s service partner. However, I have not received any response or follow-up regarding my complaint. This lack of communication has added to my frustration, as I expected quicker support from such a well-known brand.
I am requesting a full replacement of my defective thermos under the warranty. The product should not develop rust after such a short period, especially when used properly. I kindly ask that Stanley and its service partner resolve my issue promptly and restore my confidence in the brand’s durability promise.
