Remta DE11P Tea Maker is Rusted And Amazon Does Not Accept Returns
The bottom of the Remta DE11P Premium Tea Machine, purchased from amazon.com.tr with order number 405-3060457-9911524, is rusted after just the 3rd use. Despite being stainless steel, I returned the product to Amazon Turkey within the 30-day return period due to this issue. However, they rejected the return, claiming it was due to excessive use. How can a product be excessively used in just 15 days? Amazon adopted a misleading and blaming attitude toward the consumer, avoiding responsibility. I will pursue all my legal rights regarding this negative and accusatory experience with Amazon.com.tr. My trust in this company has been severely shaken.
