Philips HD9255/60 Airfryer Basket Peeled Off

Dear Philips Customer Service,I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Philips HD9255/60 Airfryer basket that I purchased from Turkey. Unfortunately, the Teflon coating of the basket peeled off within just one year, and rust has developed in the basket. I want to emphasize that I followed the cleaning instructions provided in the user manual meticulously. Despite my efforts to maintain the product as directed, it has deteriorated prematurely. I believe this is a significant quality issue that needs to be addressed. In light of the above, I kindly request the replacement of the basket with a new one.
