I only wanted to use Smallpdf’s free trial to edit a single document, but without any clear warning or confirmation, they charged my card for an entire year’s subscription. I wasn’t notified that the trial would auto-convert to a paid plan, and I absolutely did not authorize such a charge.
As soon as I saw the charge on my bank statement, I immediately canceled my subscription and reached out for a refund. I’ve attached the invoice as proof. This is incredibly frustrating—I never used the service beyond the initial trial, and now I’m stuck with a hefty fee for something I didn’t even use.
I expect Smallpdf to refund the full amount back to my card right away. I shouldn’t have to pay ₺ for a service I neither needed nor intended to continue using. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and reassess your billing practices, because they’re clearly misleading and unfair to customers.
