I cancelled the subscription immediately after seeing the unexpected payment, but I never received an invoice, receipt, or confirmation email explaining the charge. At no point during sign-up did I see a clear disclosure that the free trial would auto-renew into a paid plan, nor did I get a reminder before billing.
This feels like unauthorized billing after a free trial, with no consent, no invoice, and no transparent opt-out. I did not knowingly approve a paid plan, and the lack of notice contradicts standard subscription practices.
