Smallpdf Charged Me $108 Without Permission – I Want a Refund

Smallpdf took $108 (approx. 3,800₺) from my card without my consent! I only provided my payment details to use the free trial for a single file conversion, but they automatically charged me for a full-year subscription.

I never intended to subscribe, and I don’t even use the application! This is unfair and misleading. There was no clear warning about the charge, and now my money has been taken without authorization.

I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge. Smallpdf, cancel this subscription and return my money now. If this is not resolved, I will take further action to dispute the charge!
