I signed up for the 7-day free trial on Smallpdf, and I made sure to cancel it before the trial period ended. Despite doing everything correctly and not using the service after canceling, today I noticed a ₺420 charge on my credit card from Smallpdf. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I did not authorize this payment, and I feel deceived by the “free” trial label. How can you promote a free trial and then still charge users who canceled on time? I haven’t used the platform since canceling, and this charge came out of nowhere.
I am demanding an immediate refund of ₺420 to my card and an explanation as to how this was allowed to happen. You cannot trick people with shady auto-renewals disguised under “free trials.” Please resolve this issue urgently and ensure no further charges are made to my account.
